If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using<br>our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Our Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cloudure.io provides cloud security management services, including continuous monitoring,<br>configuration auditing, compliance reporting, and security hardening for cloud infrastructure<br>environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account Registration and Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Registration Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must provide accurate, complete, and current information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have authority to bind your organization to these terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;re responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must promptly update any changes to your account information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don&#8217;t share your account credentials with unauthorized parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;re responsible for all activities under your account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cloud Infrastructure Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Authorization Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must have proper authorization to connect cloud accounts to our platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You represent that you have rights to monitor and analyze connected infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;re responsible for managing access permissions and API keys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must comply with your cloud provider&#8217;s terms of service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of Access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We access only the data necessary to provide security services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You control which cloud resources and regions we monitor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can revoke access permissions at any time through your account settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We don&#8217;t access application data or customer content unless specifically configured for security analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acceptable Use Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>You Agree NOT to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security Violation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attempt to compromise, disable, or circumvent our security measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use our service to conduct unauthorized security testing on third-party systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access other users&#8217; accounts, data, or cloud environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our security algorithms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Abuse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use our service for illegal activities or to violate regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overload our systems with excessive requests or automated tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with other users&#8217; access to or use of the service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Misuse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use our service to process inappropriate or illegal content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share sensitive security information outside your organization without proper authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use our threat intelligence data to harm other organizations or systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Levels and Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Commitment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We target 99.9% uptime for our monitoring and alerting services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We provide 24\/7 monitoring with real-time alerting for critical security events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Response times vary by service tier and incident severity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Limitations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cloud provider outages may affect our ability to monitor your infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network connectivity issues may impact real-time monitoring capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&#8217;re not liable for security incidents that occur during service interruptions beyond our control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Security and Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Security Commitments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We implement enterprise-grade security controls to protect your data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and undergo regular security audits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intellectual Property Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cloudure.io platform, including all features, functionality, and content, is our proprietary property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our security methodologies, threat intelligence, and analysis techniques are confidential<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You retain ownership of your cloud infrastructure data and configurations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You grant us a limited license to access and analyze your data solely to provide our services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may use anonymized, aggregated data for security research and service improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve our services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subscription and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subscription Plans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Services are provided on a subscription basis with various tiers and features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscription terms, pricing, and included features are specified in your service agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may modify our service plans with 30 days&#8217; advance notice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&#8217;ll provide data export capabilities and migration assistance when possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final invoices and data retention policies will be communicated clearly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some provisions of these terms survive service discontinuation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Disclaimers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our services are provided &#8220;as is&#8221; without warranties of any kind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We don&#8217;t guarantee that our service will detect all security threats or vulnerabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We don&#8217;t warrant uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of security analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You use our service at your own risk and should maintain comprehensive security practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&#8217;re not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We&#8217;re not liable for security incidents or breaches that we didn&#8217;t detect or prevent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termination and Data Handling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termination Rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days&#8217;
